spam folder patch

Let me propose a patch which adds special spam folder and simple plugin for
moving mails between spam and inbox folders. Spam folder works exactly the same
a trash, but for spam. Such functionality will be useful when spam filtering
acts on a server side. For example dovecot antispam plugin or gmail spam system
