OK, but that can cause described problem, where it seems filtering as
not applied, just because message is not New for IMAP.

I will guess, that this CM's filters behavior is inherited from POP,
where no multiple access was/is expected (but possible, i used it years
ago).

IMO, the CM have to maintain its own (New for CM) state, to apply
filters on any message, which it see first time, not only to IMAP's new
messages. That can "fix" behavior not only for multi device access with
compliant IMAPs, but for broken too.

I use it, but it is really basic interface, IMO not for all users, but
better than nothing and enough for me.
