[Users] oAuth2

I have been trying to get oAuth2 setup on my PC, but with little to no
luck. It appears that the documentation is out of date, at least from
what I can decipher from the MS site.

I am trying to get oAuth2 configured for an MS Exchange server. I
followed all the direction shown on
"https://www.claws-mail.org/faq/index.php/Oauth2" page.
