[Users] Unable to resize screen in Claws-Mail for Windows

To drag a window without a mouse, press Alt+space, them M, then move the window with the cursor keys.

For some programs the sequence should be Alt+space, them M, then Enter, then move etc. (for example, Vivaldi browser or Microsoft Edge), but for CM the first variant should work – at least in Windows up to 10, probably in 11 too.
