[Users] Unable to resize screen in Claws-Mail for Windows

I had the same problem with a 4.? version in Linux. I now run 3.17.5
because I'm old and like the speed of GTK2 compared to GTK3.
Anyway try editing .claws-mail/clawsrc and change 

mainview_width=1155
mainview_height=1050

to something better
