[Users] Unable to resize screen in Claws-Mail for Windows

Claws Mail version 4.1.0

 

System Information

GTK 3.24.33 / GLib 2.70.5

Locale: en_US (charset: ISO-8859-1)

Operating System: Win32

 

Windows 11 Pro; Version 22H2

 

I have attached a screenshot of how Claws-Mail appears on my screen. I can
use F11 to bring it to full size; however, the screen icons in the upper
right corner are missing. If I press F11 again, the screen shown below is
what appears,

 

Everything was working fine until a day ago. I have no idea what happened. I
cannot drag it into position or resize it.
