I don't know a huge amount about fonts, and nothing at all about
configuring them in claws, but I can say that AFAICT all your text is
properly rendered here by claws with what I believe are its default
settings, whatever they are. In Configuration/Preferences/Display/Fonts
I see Sans and Monospace.
So I don't understand what the problem is.
