            Bug ID: 4642
Summary: [Feature request] mass-reordering of accounts
           Product: clawsker
           Version: GIT
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P3
         Component: default
          Assignee: users at lists.claws-mail.org
          Reporter: linux.felixbecker2 at gmx.de

I have the following feature request:

Add a way which allows easy mass-sorting of accounts (i.e. changing the order
of accounts, thereby be able to move more than one at once).

Currently, the order of accounts can only be changed via `claws-mail`'s "Edit
accounts..." window by moving them around one by one. If there are so many
accounts that scrolling is needed, this is quite cumbersome also because
scrolling happens slowly if I drag an account to the edge of the window.

I would like to have the option to select an arbitrary number of accounts and
move them around all at once.

My use case is: I have for every thing I register on the web a dedicated email
adress, and to be able to send email accordingly I have an extra account in
`claws-mail` for each. This results in a lot of accounts. Now I want to
categorise them, which means I have to do a lot of moving around.

Since `claws-mail` does not support account categories, I use as a workaround
accounts which have in their name the category (like "--- Electronics ---") and
want to sort the real accounts below them.

Regards!
