Ahoj,

in `claws-mail` I can create accounts which have a `&` in their account name.

When I then open `clawsker`, it complains with messages like

Entity did not end with a semicolon; most likely you used an ampersand
character without intending to start an entity — escape ampersand as &
```

In my `accountrc` there is an account with
```
account_name=--- Studium & akademisches ---
```

Although clawsker complains about it, it shows up in clawsker.

`clawsker` should handle without warning or error messages everything that
`claws-mail` can create.

I use gtk2 version of `calws-mail`.
