The default location for an MH mailbox is ~/Mail/, assuming you did not
change this, put your folder tree in ~/Mail/, then, in Claws Mail, right-click
the top-level mailbox folder and click 'Check for new folders'. That should
be enough, but you can also use 'Check for new messages', and 'Rebuild folder
tree' if needed.
