On more careful reading of your email I think I understand what you are
saying.

I would say all three are cosmetic, and also that this behaviour has changed
since version 4.0.0 (which you are using). Not all three behaviours have
changed, but each is very minor, imo.

Unless, of course, I still misunderstand, in which case screen shots will
still help.
