It's based on the git branch, like the main Claws repo.  I synced the
installer branch names with the Claws branch names over the weekend, so
it's currently:

master branch = gtk3 build
gtk2 branch = gtk2 build

If your checkout was from more than a couple days ago, you'd have:

master branch = gtk2 build
gtk3 branch = gtk3 build

You can also check the packages/packages.current file to see the
specific versions of Claws and GTK.
