Dave,

You could try Configuration => Preferences, where it gives you the option to change
the Font.

I've chosen "Courier New Normal", where "l" and "1" are sufficiently distict that I
didn't have a problem reading "eno" "One" in your email, but it will probably also depend
on what fonts you have available on your machine, so you might have to try a few before
you find one that suits...
