[Users] 2nd try: Claws Mail has stopped working

Yup -- which is why I use the first stable version of Windows 10 without
updating or upgrading it. It has worked more or less flawlessly without
any crashes or problems for years, while watching the
update atrocities users went thru. I will probably die using this
version.

Logic says that if it was working, nothng changed and it stopped working,
it's likely a CM bug. Let's see what Jonathan figures out -- he is the
Windows expert.
