DM: This is the type of behavior I'm seeing with Claws 4.1.0 on Linux
Mint 20.3 XFCE. Depending on the theme I use, the area that gives the
correct tooltip can vary from about 1/3 to 2/3 of the message line item
space.

DM: I'm guessing it started with the GTK3 versions, since it only
started bothering me after switching from GTK2. Haven't tested it
