My best guess (and I can't actually say for sure) is that this is a
phishing email.  Though searching for "tracking at shipstation.com" on
DuckDuckGo makes it look like *maybe* this is indeed something that is
something that gets done.

This *actually* looks like this is very much a problem with an
ecommerce site specifically.  A specific ecommerce site.  And as of
over a year ago, it's a problem that has been around for over 5 years.
