[Users] Wrong Folder?

I noticed just now that claws is putting emails in the wrong folder

I will mark the messages as HAM

and drag them to the inbox for my account

but they wind up in the MH folder for another pop account. 

Why is it doing this all of a sudden?

I rebuilt the folder tree for my MH folders

What does rebuild folder tree do anyways? I couldn't find anything
about it in the manual. 

I know I dont have any filters set to move messages to this gmail's set
of MH folders.

I don't think that I dragged it to the wrong MH folder.
