[Users] maildir plugin does not compile with claws 4.0.0

BTW, both version 4.0.0 and version 3.18.0 were released concurrently. The
latter still uses gtk2, the former is gtk3.

There will be at least one more release of the gtk2 variant. Both variants
are still being maintained in git.

You will need to build version 3.18.0 yourself if your distro doesn't provide
a package, as you have been doing with the abandoned maildir plugin.
