Been there, done that, with different MUAs and of course some kind of
offline IMAP. It was a PITA, duplicated mails were a safe bet.

If you want to share mails between different MUAs and different
computers, but you don't run your own email server, consider to continue
using POP. When sending emails Bcc to yourself and let only one MUA
delete received emails, but don't delete received emails
immediately, set the MUA to delete the mails after one or more day/s.
