[Users] Local filesystem folders: displayable?

You can put mail files into any MH mailbox folder, just ensure that the file
name is a number not currently used by an existing file in that mailbox
folder.

The next time you select that folder in Claws Mail, the messages will become
visible.

If you don't yet have an MH mailbox, then create one using
/File/Add mailbox/MH...
