On Windows, the fancy plugin is only available for the gtk2
versions (i.e. before 4.0), as webkit/gtk3 for MSWin doesn't
compile yet.

So on this platform, liteHTML or plaintext are the only
options for 4.x.

If fancy is required, you need to stay with 3.x
