[Users] Claws release 4.1.0, group mail sharing disabled

I see in the 4.1.0 release notes:

chmod 0600 is set on log files, history files, saved parts, etc.

This is problematic for us. We have different logins, but share a mail
account, which is stored on a common data partition, where the group
has been set to allow access. This works fine for all but messages
in the draft folder.

I had problems with this in the past, bug 4431 . Claws 4.0 has this
behaviour too.

Is there a way to have at least the draft messages have a chmod 0660
instead of 0600?
