As witnessed, GnuPG does work well including ecosystems where users
stick to Windows, Mac, Linux, Android (cell phone), or benefit from
any combination met at home/at work.[1] With the benefits
public-key cryptography brings to the table such as i) is this
message truly sent by you and ii) still carrying unaltered content
[including attachments], plus iii) the optional cypher, it is more a
question of «when/why skip it?».
