That does not work for me...

When I right click and click on OPEN WITH.....

In the box I typed firefox and hit enter... The window goes away for a
sec and then the window pops back open with xdg-open %s filled in the
box

I tried typing firefox %u
same thing.. the box goes away for a sec and then pops up already
filled in with xdg-open %s
