[Users] Claws GTK3 bugs

Thanks, the gtk3tree version fixes the folder colour problem. It
doesn't seem to respect "Derive small and bold fonts from Folder and
Message List fonn" (Preferences, Display, Fonts), but manually setting
them works fine.
