r47 - 7626388b45d8bd87b2f78cd89f76b52e9116bf7c - slows down here message list
scrolling (page up/down or using mouse) when message preview is disabled. With
message preview "v" enabled scolling doesn't slow down here. Reverting that
single commit (currently on top of r68) allows fast scrolling again.

Using Arch Linux here using cairo 1.17.4.
