Nobody knows since Microsoft has not disclosed any information about
whether their cloud versions of exchange was affected too so we can
only guess. However, office365 have seen an unusual number of security
fixes lately so my guess is that their cloud versions was affected too
but Microsoft patched their online services before they released the
information publicly.
