[Users] How to assign/change hotkey for manually configured action?

Ah, i have found them! They are in "Tools/Actions/" menu where hotkeys
can be configured as described in that FAQ article.
Obviously i was inattentive if I missed it in menu... Sorry.

editing menurc file is a useful way too, thanks.
