Perhaps litehtml would be better option than relying to that vulnerable
webkit. It may be less featureful though.

Note: Long time ago I had strange bug, causing to program locale to
reset to C, losing ability to enter non-ascii until restart. But people
here failed to reproduce. If you encounter it, try upgrade claws-mail
up to 3.17.8 - this is version I use now, where this bug automagically
disappeared.
