Link can't be opened from Fancy in this mail

Some links don't open in external browser from Fancy. If I display the
text/plain version of those mails, the links do work.

For the broken links, right-click and "Open Link" fails, as does "Open link in
New Window". Right-click and "Copy Link Location" works.

The only example I have to hand is a phishing link, and I can see that the
source is obfuscated; however, it opens in Thunderbird. I'll attach the source
mail.
