I've configured Preferences, Display, Summaries, Displayed columns to show
Folder and Total only. That works for a short while, then the remaining two
columns, New and Unread, start being displayed as well.

The preferences still show only Folder and Total. If I remove and then re-add a
column, the display is correctly set back to just Folder and Total for a short
while, then the process repeats.
