[Users] I seem to be missing something in respect of the "Fancy" plugin.

When I go to Configuration -> Plugins and click on "Load", I get a list
of *.so files (e.g. pdf_viewer.so) and clicking on such a file seems to
effect the installation of the desired plugin.

*However* "Fancy" does not seem to be among the possibilities.

Fancy is listed among the plugins referred to in the manual (under
"Extending Claws Mail") but no indication is given as to how to get
hold of it.

What am I missing?  Should I have taken some special measure when
installing claws-mail 4.0.0?
