I don't know what those versions numbers are (19.0 and 20.2), but the
locations have not changed. If they had changed then this would have been
stated clearly in the release notes.

Regarding your original message in this thread. Your ATT problems and you
reasons for using the flatpak version where responded to a few weeks back
when you first mentioned them. I looked at the flatpak version and there were
no changes in it, so I suggest dropping the flatpak version and going back to
the standard distro version (or build it yourself).
