Hello, everyone. 

I am using 64 bit Mint 19.0 with Claws-Mail 3.17.8 Flatpack . 
Flatpack was installed because I could not get mail from ATT
servers (e.g., bellsouth.net) using "pure" Claws-Mail. Don't understand
why, but at least my bellsouth.net e-mail does load whereas it would not
prior to using the flatpack version.

Regarding CM 3.18.0 or 4.0.0 can anyone give me advice on which, if
either, I should try? I need a simple install. I'm just not a
sophisticated enough user to do any compling or similar.

I would love to be able to use Fancy again (not possible with current 
flatpack version of CM).

Also, if I am going to try to move to either 3.18.0 or 4.0.0 what files
should I back up in advance? And would they then be restored to the
same locations in 3.18.0? What about 4.0.0?
