[Users] Strange behaviour with FROM and TO boxes since upgrading ??

Hmm, so I set it at GTK3 level, system settings/application style and
it appears to have worked. A slightly 'washed out' appearance, and the
Prefs/Theme is still set to 'Phoenity' ?
