[Users] Open attachements in sent emails

[APM]

Hi Paul,

if I'm open an email with an attachement which I received, I can see on
the right site under an arrow a listing from all elements in
the mail, text, attachement, typ.
I can click on the attachement icon, and open the attachement with this
click.

This works not by self created emails. There is no arrow and the
listing on the right site. I found no way to open it.
