[Users] Changed the folder for drafts, mails no longer editable.

I moved my mailserver to a different physical server and created a new
account for it.

I always had a nonstandard folder that I created and set as the
location for drafts. I use it as a sort of shared area for todo
documents and other things that I can edit from anywhere.

But since the move and possible as a result, drafts in there are not
editable. If I write a new mail or a reply and click Draft instead of
Send, it goes to my own folder, not Drafts. Before I could click on a
mail in that folder and edit it, but now I have to drag it into the
Drafts folder before I can edit it, and drag it back.

Folder and file permissions and ownership are same as on the old server.

Current Claws version is 3.16.0 on Ubuntu 18.04.

Any advice appreciated.
