[Users] Adjusting the slider between "total" column and "attachments"

Hello.

I am using Claws-Mail 4.0.0 with 64 bit Mint 20.2.

The slider (sorry, don't know the right name but it's the up and down
control to move throughout the various mailbox folders) does not appear
unless I put the mouse-cursor directly over it. I can then grab that
slider and move up and down. 

But if I don't start and maintain my mouse over the slider I lose
control (e.g., when moving all the way to the bottom to select "trash."
It's very frustrating.

Is there a way to adjust either the width of the slider control or,
preferrably, a way to have it always display so that I'm not hunting
for the exact spot to grab it?
