I cannot know what could be, and what could not be, since i do not know
claws mail source code, and i never looked at such logs before. A log
with some lines edited, and some removed, with the aim of removing
unnecessary personal details. If you see something sensitive in the log,
please tell me, so i remove it. The file:

Here, i am sending the debug output for a session which i did a test.
For an account configured both in Thunderbird and in Claws Mail, with
refresh times of 1 minute for both. I composed a message, using
Thunderbird, saved its draft, and waited 2 minutes. No notification from
Claws Mail, as i wanted. I sent the message to myself, waited for 2
other minutes, but Claws Mail also did not make a notification. All this
time, Claws Mail window was in another desktop. Thunderbird did its new
mail alert sound, as i configured it to do. I never opened the new
message - so, it is _new and unread_. I checked CM window, then, and the
test message was there! So, it received a new message, but did not
notificate me about it.

How can i prove to you i am not? I have 3 accounts configured. I check
all 3 inboxes. I each one have the right messages in it.
