I took all the files of first (claws-mail-3.16.0-1-32bit) and the
problem starts showing up the moment I add in libgtk-win32-2.0-0.dll
from the latter (claws-mail-3.16.0-2-32bit)

libgtk 2.24.31.0 does not show the problem for me.
libgtk 2.24.32.0 shows the problem for me.
