[Users] POP3 to live.com - authentication errors

I changed it to pop-mail.outlook.com , but got the same error message.
I'm also using SSL/TLS.

Yes, I have checked many times and the values are correct and the same
as logging in via the website. From some research, there were articles
that suggested that POP3 had to be enabled on the account at live.com,
but I cannot see the options to do that when checking the account
settings.
