Yes it is better than my last proposal because it also makes the
[Gmail]/Trash folder look and work like a wastebin.
Messages contained in this wastebin don't pop up elsewhere after
emptying the wastebin and seem to be immediately deleted forever.
It is a little strange to put 'wastebin' as a folder property as only
one folder per account can be 'wastebin', so it is more obviously an
account property but never mind, it works.
