Yes, there is an RPM for it, it seems, but no, it won't help.

Unless I'm mistaken, Clawsker just offers access to the hidden
preferences that are (supposedly ;-) all documented in the manual:

Also, the source code has the final say on what can and cannot be done.
So I went to look there and saw nothing that would do what I want.
