My apologies, it was POP, not SMTP. It was stuck on the 'connecting'
message. I could try emailing that HTML mail to myself; it does seem
that it is mostly one account and the sender uses HTML emails.

But I would have thought Claws would (i) Download first and (ii) then
process the HTML. It would be ideal if it downloaded all emails first
and then did the processing of HTML. Currently because it gets
stuck/hangs on one, it stops other emails being downloaded via POP and
of course the computer hangs.
