[Users] When replying, how is the To address chosen?

You can edit the toolbar by "Configuration > Preferences > Toolbars >
Main Window". I don't remember if "Sender" (for reply to sender) is in
the toolbar by default. It's provided by my toolbar. I don't remember
if I ever used this function.
