Here Claws received all mails from this mailing list via a POP yahoo.com account. I'm using 3.17.5 on Arch Linux, but also on Ubuntu 16.04, an aged LTS. It's no issue to build claws against aged dependencies. Actually on my machine Claws is stable running on this aged Ubuntu, but became unstable a long, long time ago on Arch Linux.
