[Users] Very slow startup

The only network I'm connected to is my house LAN through an ethernet cable.
All other applications and devices can connect to the internet okay. Even my
old PC, where Claws Mail is still installed, has no delay in startup.

Yes, sorry, I should've included that in my email. I'm on Ubuntu 20.04, Claws
Mail v3.17.5


> First, I would try disabling all plugins:
> - make sure Claws Mail is not running,
> - create a backup of your config directory (~/.claws-mail),
> - edit ~/claws-mail/clawsrc, make sure the [Plugins_GTK2] section is empty,
> save,
> - start Claws Mail again.

I did that, but no actual change in startup time. In fact, I even tried to
remove the whole .claws-mail directory, and it still hangs at the same point.
Even after setting my account and restarting Claws Mail, still the same result.
