[Users] email message storage location

Is folderlist.xml supposed to be user-editable?    (I know some
applications have config files that are not supposed to be edited
directly).

So far as I can see, man claws-mail only shows 'default' locations and
describes folderlist.xml as 'Folder hierarchy listing'.    Nowhere does
it say how to point claws-mail at a different mailstore location.
(Besides, what's the FAQ for?   I'll try adding a line to the FAQ as
Paul suggested.)
