Thanks for sending it. But you didn't use 'Forward as attachment' as
requested.

I can open and view this mail with no problems at all.

In fact, once I looked at it I realised we had been through exactly the same
thing, with exactly the same message, back in January. And there's nothing
different now than there was in January.

And also back in January I asked you to send it using 'Forward as attachment'
and you didn't.
