[Users] HTML plugin for Claws Mail on Mint 19.3 Tricia

Hello list,

I've just upgraded my Mint from 18.3 to 19.3 and lost the rendering of html mails.

None of the html plugins appear in the package list (Fancy, Dillohtml or litehtml), nor do they appear to have been installed already. No sign of any plugins in the preferences tab. 

It used to work just fine in Mint 18.3, hope to get it to work again, as the other option is changing mail readers...

How to
